Payments
All payments made through our website are final and non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy below. By completing a payment, you agree to these terms and waive any right to dispute the charge except as allowed by applicable law.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered under the following terms:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to gspc.new.jersey@gmail.com at least 20 calendar days prior to the event date.
Refunds are subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of $20, which will be deducted from the total amount paid.
Refunds will not be processed for requests received within 20 calendar days of the event date. This includes, but is not limited to, reasons such as personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend.
By registering for the event, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any expectation or entitlement to a refund unless the above conditions are met.
Chargebacks and Disputes
You explicitly agree that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution is a violation of this agreement unless you have first contacted GSPC of New Jersey to resolve the issue and provided us with a reasonable opportunity to address your concerns.
Any chargeback initiated in violation of these terms will be considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to provide evidence of this agreement, your payment, and your acknowledgement of these terms to the relevant financial institution or payment processor to dispute the chargeback and seek recovery of any associated fees.
Event Participation
Registration for events, programs, or activities is non-transferable and valid only for the specified date(s).
Failure to attend an event or activity does not qualify for a refund or credit.
Cancellation or Modification by Us
GSPC of New Jersey reserves the right to modify or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and refunds or alternative arrangements will be made at our sole discretion.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing your payment, you affirm that:
You have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
You understand and agree to our refund and chargeback policy.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Jersey.
